(Paid On Installed Sales) Level 1 $120 (1-20) Level 2 $130 (21-49) Level 3 $140 (50+) Do I have access to my customer’s personal information? For security reasons, you do not have access to your customer’s names or addresses. What is my conversion rate? Your conversion rate refers to the number of people who visit your site compared to the number of people that order from your site. Do I work for DISH Systems? No. You are considered an independent contractor. Does DISH Systems accept affiliates outside the US? No. We only work with affiliates that are located in the United States. Can I use Pay-Per-Click Advertising? You may not bid on Dish Network or other competitors trademarked terms or display them in your PPC ad. Can I receive funds through pay pal or a direct deposit to my bank account? Pay pal and direct deposit are not an option at this time. Checks are cut twice a month. Do you take taxes out of my checks? No. As an independent contractor you will have to file taxes on your own. DISH Systems will send you a 1099 form for taxes with earnings that exceed $600. What do you need my Social Security Number for? Your SSN is used to set up your account and used for tax purposes. We never share your private information with anyone else. How Does The Dish Systems Affiliate Program Track Sales? Through our proprietary software, The Dish Systems Affiliate Program insures that you are paid for every sale. Whether a customer completes our order form, or calls thru an 800 number assigned specifically to you; our affiliate software accurately tracks your sales. Your leads will stay your leads with our persistent cookies. Can I advertise through the newspaper or flyers? Yes. It’s encouraged and can help you grow your business. Are my stats current and accurate all the time? Your stats and orders always appear in real time. This gives you the ability to track your sites visitors instantly when they arrive to your URL. It usually takes about a week for installations to appear on your site due to the time it takes to received finished paperwork. What will your program be integrated into? The program is simple and easy to integrate into your website, sales calls or email programs. If you market via the internet with a website or email, we will provide you with a unique ad tracking pixel that link customers to our website so they can securely enter their order information. The tracking link is assigned to your Affiliate Number which allows you to track the click-thru traffic from your website or outbound emails and sends a confirmation to you whenever a lead is submitted and a sale is made. Can I put up a banner ad on my website? No. Sites are not changeable. How Are Affiliate Phone Calls Tracked? Each affiliate is assigned an exclusive 800 number. Once a customer enters our site through your links, our website dynamically displays your phone number. Just like our affiliate links, this dynamic phone number uses persistent cookies insuring that you get credit for your sales. How Will I Be Notified When A Sale Is Made? You will be notified via e-mail once a sale has been recorded. You also can login to our Affiliate Software at anytime and review your submitted sales. Can I sell DISH Network outside the USA? No. Do my customers need a credit card to order? Yes. DISH Network will need a credit card number to process an order. Can I get my URL to rank with search engines? We are constantly optimizing your URL to perform in search engine rankings. There are also lots of other ways to get your site as high in the rankings as possible. First, it is advised to submit your URL to as many search engines as possible in order for them to acknowledge your URL. What Is Cookie Tracking? The Dish Systems Affiliate Program utilizes Cookie Tracking, which is the most popular method to track web visitors from click to conversion. We use Cookie Tracking because it is simple to put into action and doesn’t need any significant web design considerations. You as a Dish Systems Affiliate will place your special affiliate links on your web site which include your Affiliate ID within the link.
